Doctor of Acupuncture & Chinese Medicine. Certified Integrative Medicine Practitioner. Mother. Outdoorswoman. I've spent nearly 30 years helping women 35+ navigate the most complex fertility journeys — endometriosis, PMOS (PCOS), low AMH, recurrent miscarriage — using pattern-based Traditional Chinese Medicine and integrative care.
My specialty is identifying what's actually blocking pregnancy and refining the plan as each woman's body responds. This is the work I've devoted my life to.

For nearly 30 years, I've been doing one kind of work: helping women understand what their bodies are actually telling them.
I trained as a Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine because I saw something Western medicine kept missing — the pattern underneath the symptoms. A woman with PMOS (PCOS) isn't just dealing with hormones. A woman with endometriosis isn't just dealing with inflammation. A woman with low AMH isn't just dealing with egg quantity. Each of them has a primary fertility pattern in Traditional Chinese Medicine — the underlying imbalance standing between her and pregnancy.
I gave birth to my own son at 42 — despite being told not to use my own eggs. I've also walked through several medical emergencies of my own, learning what it means to lead with grace, patience, and the long view. That changed how I work with women. Especially women 35+ who have already been through so much.
My practice today brings together everything I've learned — tongue analysis, herbal medicine, integrative women's health from my certification with Dr. Aviva Romm, meditation training from a thousand+ hours in Shambhavananda Yoga, and the lived experience of being a woman who has been there.
I'm honored to do this work. And grateful every time a woman trusts me with her story.
After nearly 30 years, certain truths have become the foundation of how I work with women.
Given the right framework, nourishment, and pattern-based support, the body knows how to restore balance. My role is to identify what's actually in the way — not to override the body's intelligence.
Two women with the same Western diagnosis can have entirely different Traditional Chinese Medicine patterns. The protocol that helps one can harm the other. Pattern differentiation is the difference between guessing and clinical precision.
Whether a woman chooses natural conception, IVF, integrative care, or any other path — she deserves to have that choice respected. I support every woman's chosen path.
Roughly 95% of disharmony in the body traces back to chronic stress — physical, emotional, or environmental. Pattern-based healing always includes nervous system support, not just nutrition and herbs.
Too many women in their 30s and 40s are told nothing is wrong when something clearly is. Integrative, pattern-based medicine fills the gaps Western medicine still leaves wide open in women's reproductive health.
Many of the women I work with are also seeing reproductive endocrinologists, undergoing IVF, or taking Western medications. My Integrative Medicine training means I understand how my herbal protocols interact with what they're already taking — ensuring nothing conflicts, and that the strength of each approach is respected for the woman in front of me.
I live in the Rocky Mountains with my family and two boy cats, Enzo and Fuzz — both as much a part of the household as the humans.
The mountains are where I reset. Hiking, swimming, paddleboarding, kayaking, skiing — the seasons here teach me everything I need to remember about cycles, change, and the body's natural rhythms. It's not separate from my work. It's part of how I stay grounded enough to do the work.
I've walked through several medical emergencies myself over the years. Each one humbled me. Each one made me a better doctor for the women in front of me. I know what it feels like to be the patient. I know what it feels like to be told your body isn't cooperating. I know what hope feels like when a doctor finally listens.
That's why hope is the word I come back to, over and over.
